  • Pre-Orders: For pre-ordered products, refunds can be requested any time before the release date or within 14 days after release, provided usage does not exceed 2 hours.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products purchased more than 14 days ago.
  • Products used for more than 2 hours.
  • In-game purchases, downloadable content (DLC), or virtual currency, unless defective or required by law.
  • Gifts that have been redeemed by the recipient.
  • Products purchased during a sale or with a discount, unless defective or required by applicable law.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Log in to your account on our platform.
  2. Navigate to the «Purchase History» section.
  3. Select the product you wish to refund and click «Request Refund.»
  4. Provide a reason for the refund request and submit the form.
  5. Our support team will review your request within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exceptions

  • Regional Laws: If local consumer laws provide additional refund rights, we will comply with those regulations. Please contact our support team for assistance.
  • Fraudulent Purchases: We reserve the right to deny refunds for purchases deemed fraudulent or in violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Promotional Items: Free or promotional items are not eligible for refunds.
